OUR RETURN POLICY: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hemslöjd. When you receive your order, if you find something is not as it should be, we will make it right. An exchange, replacement, refund or credit will be promptly issued. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
HOW TO RETURN SOMETHING TO US
1. Follow the instructions on the Return Form included in your order. If it is missing or you need another copy, please click here. Personalized items are non-returnable, unless Hemslöjd made an error.
2. Ship your return to us by UPS or US Mail using the pre-addressed return label from the Return Form. Be sure to insure the package.
We’ll promptly send you an exchange or refund. For refunds, your credit card will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the error was Hemslojd's.
