I always buy by the bucket and freeze what I don't need. I use it for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I use it for my Swedish pancakes and waffles. I mix them with fresh whipped cream to go along with my Almond cake or along side Turkey or Chicken. I make Lingonberry bread.
