Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY
Items returned within 30 days of the shipping date will be credited to your original payment method less shipping and handling charges. Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the shipping date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. Food items cannot be returned.

Shipping will not be charged for Returns or Exchanges that are due to Hemslöjd error. Shipping & handling will be due on all other reorders or exchanges.

DAMAGED ITEM
Packages are insured against loss or damage in shipment. Please report damages to Hemslöjd upon receipt. Save box and packaging for possible inspection until the claim is settled. Photos of damage will be required. Do not return damaged items to Hemslöjd prior to calling.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Complete the Return Form included with your shipment and send it with returned merchandise. Be sure to pack items and seal the box securely. Returns may be voided if items arrive damaged.

Food items cannot be returned or exchanged.

WRONG ITEM
If an incorrect item is received, we are very sorry. Please call us so we can reach a quick and appropriate solution. Photos will be required.
