will ship by U.S. Mail (Priority Mail or Parcel Post). Use the
Standard Shipping Chart, but note that additional charges may be added,
based on package weight and shipping method.
International orders will be shipped by mail
with actual shipping and handling charges added. The recipient is
responsible for any customs charges.
We must collect sales tax on orders delivered
to Kansas addresses. 8.8% sales tax will be added to the order total
(includes shipping).
