In 1846 Hans H. Wesslau started producing linen fabrics in Írgryte outside Gothenburg. The factory got its name from his daughter Alma, and still today the name of the district is Almedal. Almedahls' aim is to carry forward knowledge and handicraft traditions from past times to future generations. These tea towels are made with long-wearing, quality, 50% flax and 50% cotton, which stands up to wear and only gets more beautiful as time goes on. Handy hanging loop. Measures 27 1/2" x 18 1/2".
